Through a partnership between Bravour® and Aloysius, a significant step has been taken for the Karstveld Academy in Namibia. Bravour® has sponsored a synchronization hub, enabling the school to efficiently charge and configure iPads. This initiative is a crucial part of improving ICT capabilities at Karstveld Academy, which received iPads in 2021 as a donation from the Aloysius Foundation.

The Karstveld Academy, a primary and secondary school in Grootfontein, opened its doors in January 2021 for students aged 4 to 18, following the Namibian school curriculum. The school aims to contribute to raising the educational standards in Namibia, while also aspiring to become a symbol of academic and cultural excellence.

From July 15 to July 21, 2024, a delegation from Aloysius traveled to Namibia to support the Karstveld Academy. This support focused not only on ICT but also on the pedagogical environment and knowledge exchange. Through intensive workshops and training, the school was assisted in implementing new technologies and improving its educational offerings.

One of the outcomes of this collaboration is the development of a citizenship program between the schools, which will be carried out through video calls and other structured activities in the curriculum. This program will allow students from both schools to learn from one another and gain a broader perspective of the world.

Thanks to the sponsored synchronization hub, the iPads —essential for modern education— can now be quickly and effectively set up. This means that students at Karstveld Academy can begin using iPads, significantly enhancing their learning experience. Until now, the iPads were available but could not be utilized properly.

Bravour® and Aloysius have been collaborating for several years, with Bravour supplying Zioxi brand iPad trolleys to various schools under the Aloysius school board. These trolleys are regarded as highly practical and user-friendly within Aloysius. The trolleys are supplied through a partnership with Amac - the only premium Apple reseller in the Netherlands.
