When will my order be delivered?

Orders are shipped from Monday through Thursday. The delivery time depends on when we receive your order and the type of product:

• Parcel shipment: if your order is received before 1:00 PM and the product is in stock, it will be processed the same business day and in most cases delivered the next business day.
• Pallet shipment: for pallet orders, delivery may take 2 additional business days.
• If you have purchased a backordered or custom product, the expected delivery time is shown on the product page.
