The ST-300W Wireless Presentation Timer System is engineered for environments where precise time management, discretion, and reliability are essential. Designed as a fully integrated ecosystem, the system ensures that speakers remain perfectly on schedule while maintaining a smooth and professional event flow.
At the heart of the system is the ST-300W-CT 7” Wireless Touch Controller, which serves as the central control unit. From this intuitive touchscreen interface, moderators or technical operators can set speech durations, select predefined time presets, pause or resume sessions, and send discreet visual alerts. The controller communicates with all connected components via secure wireless connection or a wired RS485 network, depending on venue requirements.
The ST-300W-RD 5” Podium Display & Receiver is positioned directly on the lectern, providing speakers with clear, real-time information such as remaining time, total speech duration, and a live clock. Color-coded indicators and subtle blink messages help speakers adjust their pace naturally—without audible signals or visible intervention from technical staff.
For on-stage visibility, the system includes the ST-300W-MC 10” Stage Display. Placed within the speaker’s line of sight, this high-brightness display shows countdowns and status colors (green, yellow, red), allowing presenters to stay focused on their delivery while remaining fully aware of their timing.
To display the speech time beyond the lectern and speakers on stage, the ST-300W-PB HDMI synchronization box allows you to mirror the timers on any HDMI monitor. An ideal solution if you want to display speech times to the audience, backstage, or in a control room.
All components operate in perfect synchronization, controlled centrally via the ST-300W-CT. The system can be deployed wirelessly for fast setup or fully wired using RS485 networking for environments that require maximum stability, zero latency, or restricted wireless usage.
The complete ST-300W set is supplied in a robust, custom-fitted flight case, ensuring safe transport, efficient storage, and rapid on-site installation.
