This magnetic iPad holder is designed for the 13-inch iPad Pro M4 and M5 and uses the built-in Smart Connector for both magnetic positioning and charging. As the iPad’s USB-C port is not used for power supply, it remains available for peripherals.
There is no need to connect a charging cable to the iPad itself. The USB-C port therefore remains free for external accessories, data transfer or other uses.
Magnetic charging without a cable connected to the iPad
Power is supplied to the iPad via the built-in Smart Connector interface. This allows the tablet to be easily removed from and returned to the stand without having to connect a cable each time.
A 1.2-metre USB-C cable is included to power the stand. A suitable mains adapter is not included.
