The ST-300W-CT 7” Touch Controller functions as the central communication and control unit within the ST-300W Wireless Presentation Timer System.

From this controller, all connected timer components are managed, synchronized, and updated in real time, ensuring consistent and reliable speaker guidance across the entire event setup.

Depending on the venue requirements, the ST-300W-CT controller communicates with the other system components, including the Stage Display, the Lectern Timer Display, or the HDMI Player Box. Either wirelessly or via a wired connection. This ensures reliable performance in both temporary event setups and permanent conference installations.

A key strength of the ST-300W system is its modular design, which allows you to configure the setup according to your specific requirements. The ST-300W-CT can be used, for instance, with the lectern display only, the stage display only, or with both displays simultaneously to deliver maximum timing control.

Equipped with a high-quality 7-inch projected capacitive touchscreen, the controller delivers an exceptionally responsive and intuitive user experience, allowing operators to manage speaker timing with speed and confidence.

The controller provides flexible time management functionality, including the ability to pause and resume speech timing at any moment. This allows moderators to respond to unexpected interruptions - such as technical delays or audience interaction—without losing control of the overall agenda or session flow.

The ST-300W-CT is able to send discreet blink messages to connected speaker displays. These subtle visual alerts inform speakers when they are approaching or exceeding their allocated time, without audible signals or disruptive interventions that could interrupt the presentation.

Speech durations can be fully customized to match the structure of any event. Operators may manually define time limits for individual speakers or take advantage of convenient preset durations - including 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes - for fast configuration and consistent session management.

To further support clear communication, the system uses color-coded visual indicators. Green, yellow, and red status colors provide immediate feedback on time progression, helping speakers stay on track through intuitive visual cues that are universally understood.
